High-Pressure Chemical Hose

Application:

High-pressure chemical hose can be used for transmission of most of the high-pressure corrosive chemicals, such as strong acid, high aromatic hydrocarbon solution, chloride or oxide solution, aromatic hydrocarbon, etc.. It has been extensively equipped on fixed or mobile equipments like drilling platform, chemical and other reated industries. It has also been used to deliver abrasive liquid or power.

Used nylon canvass, a special wearproof and corrosion resistant chemical material, as the inner liner and outer protective cover, steel wire with high strength as the framework material, and weatherproof, corrosion resistant and wearproof synthetic rubbber as the outer protective cover.

Max. W.P.: 15,000PSI

Production length allowance: +/-64mm for hoses with production length below 6.4M; +/-% for hoses with production length above 6.4M.

Specification: 2"~8", pressure grade and end connection can be custom-made as per the requirements.
